What type of projects do you offer?
Kitchen remodels, decks, bathroom remodels, additions, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, windows and doors, shutters, pole barns, demolition, storm damage, gutter cleaning, Christmas lights, sidewalk and driveway salting and junk removal.
What is my project going to cost?
There are a number of variables that make up the cost of the project. I will have to calculate the cost by scheduling a consultation to determine what types of materials that are to be used, dimensions of the project, time to complete the project and other miscellaneous costs.
How long will it take to complete the project?
There are a several determining factors that will dictate the timeframe it will take to complete the project. Once an estimate appointment is scheduled we can determine the timeframe based on current workload, material availability and weather conditions.
How much experience do you have?
Between the owner and the crew, there are decades of combined experience in multiple construction fields.
What are your hours?

Shawn Kraynak
Owner
Shawn Kraynak brings over 22 years of hands-on construction, remodeling, and building experience to every project he takes on. His career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as part of the Navy Construction Battalion (Seabees). During his service, he was deployed to Louisiana to support relief and rebuilding efforts during Hurricane Katrina—an experience that strengthened both his craftsmanship and his commitment to helping communities rebuild.
As a leader in the Navy, Shawn learned the importance of precision, accountability, and doing the job right the first time. Those same values continue to guide his work today. He takes pride in delivering high-quality results, clear communication, and a dependable, stress-free building experience for every homeowner he works with.
Beyond the job site, Shawn is a devoted family man. He and his wife are raising two children, and when he isn’t building or managing projects, you’ll find him traveling or simply enjoying time with his family. His work is more than a profession—it’s a way to build a lasting foundation for the families he serves, just as he does for his own.
